MLB attendance for the 2016 regular season

While the 2016 MLB playoffs are still in the National League final to decide who will play Cleveland in the World series, I looked at some regular season data based on Baseball Reference data for teams > Schedule & Results.

The first graph shows MLB attendance for 2016:

146,318,088 people payed to see a ballgame in 2016. How did this number split between the American and National Leagues?

Lastly let's look at the individual teams:

Dodgers and Cubs right at the top, but it surprises me Cleveland is second last, just ahead of Tampa Bay. Small stadium perhaps?
